Interlocking brick pavers add beauty and functionality to any outdoor space, especially in the Tampa Bay area where spending time outdoors is a way of life. Brick pavers are man-made bricks that are cement based and come in many different colors, shapes and sizes. Outdoor spaces can be designed and installed for most any desired décor or theme type. Brick pavers will enhance and add value to any home or business and can be installed quickly, efficiently and easily based on the design and project size.
Kent Falby (owner/operator) has personally been installing brick pavers for 34 years and specifically installing brick pavers in the Tampa Bay area for 20 years. Our showroom, which is open to the public and sells retail sealants and bricks pavers, is located on SR 54 in Odessa, Florida and has been open for 19 years.
Brick paver pool decks are one of the best upgrades you can do to a home to increase its appearance and value. Thin brick pavers can be installed over existing decks, remodeling coping will be used around the pool edge and spa edges and drains can be installed when needed. We also install thick brick pavers on new pool decks. Superior Brick Pavers work with all pool companies to coordinate the timing and installation of your brick pavers on a newly installed pool.
Do you have a brick paver patio or pool deck but want more space? Superior Brick Pavers can install a patio extension most of the time with speed and ease. We will do our best to match the existing brick pavers. Adding to existing patios and pool deck pavers will never fully match, but depending on the product and age of the current pavers, we will work with you to make the selection to ensure a beautiful end product.
Brick paver installation is our specialty, especially driveway installation. Superior Brick Pavers will not install thin brick pavers over existing concrete driveways. The existing driveway must be removed and crushed concrete used to install the brick pavers. Kent is the person who meets with you to assess the area, takes exact measurements and provides the pricing. Kent also is the person who tears out the old driveway with a bobcat machine, brings in the base material and sets to the correct height for proper water flow and drainage. To ensure maximum strength, stability and longevity of your brick pavers, we compact your driveway with an 8500lb compactor. The ground area can be very soft in the tampa bay area, therefore, using an 8500lb compactor ensures strength and lessens the potential for separation, dips and depressions.
In many cases, average size driveways can be completely installed in one day, weather and unforeseen conditions/issues permitting.
Superior Brick Pavers will install brick pavers over existing walkways and entries. Thick or thin pavers will be used depending on the situation. When installing a brick paver entry and walkway without doing the driveway, we usually can install over the concrete and then remove the last few areas of the walkway to ensure a flush install with the existing driveway.
